Travels with Carrie

So many cool murals in Portsmouth
Trying on dresses in Bahstun

The bridge moves for a ferry right before our very eyes!

Who wouldn't want to spend $100 on a sleeping pig? It's so CUTE!
This is a belated post.  Last weekend Allie's sister Carrie visited us from Colorado and we took her around town on her first trip to Boston.  We wandered around Boston and Cambridge, hiked in the Blue Hills (and saw a snake!), went wedding cake tasting, and explored Portsmouth, NH.  We also tried to go candle pin bowling, but the wait was too long so we drank lots of beer and ate pizza instead (turns out, also a lot of fun).  Next time we'll make it to bowling! Allie had a list of about 50 things to do, most of which we didn't get to, but it was still fun and good times all around.  My sincerest apologies for the late (and somewhat lackluster) posting.  We will make it up next time :) Pictures follow in no particular order b\c Blogger is being difficult right now.

You can't tell, but this is a tiny chair on top of a chair, and that's a growling mountain lion in the background

Top: We went cake tasting and I found my cake.
Bottom:Yes, I know it's uncool to look at birds
